Over the last few months things have been in the air due to dad being very sick. I have found out who my true friends are online and also offline, the support you have all given me has been amazing and I can not thank you enough.
In the morning of the 8th day of November dad passed away and you all huddled around us to lean your support. It has been a trying time and still there is a lot more to come and much to do.
I can not believe it is 2 weeks since dad has passed.
Again thank you to my friends, MyUt, thank you for keeping things running here and on my other blogs, I will get back into the swing soon.
Friends and Family from near and far I can not thank you all for your support, thank you for being there it has pulled me through it has lifted me up so I was able to hold the family together through this trying time.

Over the last few months I have been busy (as most of you will know) but what a lot of you will not know is that I have been very busy looking at Wedding Dresses.
Like most females I have been dreaming and planning for my wedding for as long as I can remember, it seems to be every little girls dream to be a princess for at least a day. I always dreamt of a wedding on the beach, being Australian it just seemed like the right thing to do but over the last few years and living in Europe I have fallen in love with winter, it is a season I had never experienced and I was planning a winter wedding.
A lot of the little things can be arranged at the last minute. Many things change over time when planning a wedding for over 20 years, but one thing I always look at are dresses, it is one thing you can ever see enough of, when a famous person gets married or royalty everyone is always looking at the dress!
While on my hunt for wedding dresses I have found a place where it has it all even dresses you can only dream of. Usually people walk into a bridal boutique and pick something off the rack and then it gets taken in (or out) to fit you, here it is made personally for you and the prices are amazing! With the word “wedding” in front of things such as flowers, dress, necklace, there is a huge price tag to go with it, not here, no way and that extra money saved can be put towards other things such as a honeymoon.
I know exactly where I will be ordering my dress and after reading the reviews of many happy customers I know I am in safe hands and can have my dream wedding with my dream dress and lets hope it is will also be with the prince I always dreamt of.

I am still finding it hard to get back into the swing of things. I am giving myself a week to some important things in order and to help mum with some final things before the end of the year.

I can not believe it is just about the end of the year and I really can not believe it has already been 2 weeks since dad passed away, I still can not believe it is true, it does not seem real.

As they say life goes on but my goodness it is so hard! Well chin up and soldier on right?

British Airways is giving away the whole world and not only that, you can still get an upgrade. All this and not only do you recieve a World Class in-flight service, there’s also complimentary food and cocktails not to mention the entertainment packages. Lots then to give you itchy feet, it’s a big world out there and BA are practically giving it away with discount flights and cocktails. I would love to get one to Australia and see my family, especially to come back home in style and comfort, just wont tell them the price, although it might be a good incentive for them to come and visit me. Then there’s a friend who keeps begging me to come visit in the UK, and thanks to BA’s website there are even visitor guides giving you ideas for things to see and do if you don’t have the local knowledge of someone living there or if you’re a bit apprehensive because you’ve never visited that place before so want to find out some stuff before you throw money away on a guide book. I think I will keep an eye out for the bargains they have and maybe a bag packed just incase. You never know I may take up my friends offer to spend sometime in sunny Florida.

With everything going on here lately there has to be some change and the changing is coming soon.
Now things have calmed down here a little I will be writing a few posts over what has been happening and then there will something new “Up and Coming” and it is somewhat different for this blog.
I am still working on the final details and I know what direction I want things to go and I am turning over a new leaf here on Tiddlywink and I hope you can all hang in there for another few days and help me out with the changes that are coming.
